When I looked at the tub/surround of a recently-vacated rental house, I was dismayed at its condition. It had stains that could not be cleaned off and was generally unattractive. I really didn't think I could rent the house without replacing the tub unit, at least until I saw a reference to quicknewrefinishing.com on a yard sign. I went to the website and downloaded the brochures for review. I decided to take a chance, so had one of their staff out to give me a bid. The work was performed and I was totally amazed at the transformation. I had them refinish the tub/surround, the bathroom sink, and the kitchen sink (both because of dings and pits). All three look completely brand new, for a fraction of the cost of replacement. I think this service is a must for rental owners and owners of older homes. There's no easier and cheaper way to get a great new look for tubs and sinks. You have to see it to believe it.
